We ship globally from our fulfilment centre in Zürich, Switzerland. Below you'll find all information about shipping methods, delivery times, costs, and what to do if something goes wrong.

1. Free Shipping Threshold

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over CHF 100 within Switzerland and the EU/EEA. Orders below this threshold are charged a flat shipping fee based on destination.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Switzerland (Standard): 1–3 business days — CHF 5.90 (free over CHF 100).
  • Switzerland (Express): Next business day if ordered before 14:00 CET — CHF 12.90.
  • EU / EEA (Standard): 3–7 business days — CHF 9.90 (free over CHF 100).
  • EU / EEA (Express): 2–3 business days — CHF 19.90.
  • United Kingdom: 4–8 business days — CHF 14.90.
  • Rest of World: 7–14 business days — CHF 24.90.

3. Order Processing

Orders placed before 14:00 CET on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped to countries outside Switzerland, customs duties, import taxes, or VAT may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. our store has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs authority for details.

6. Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery is unsuccessful, the carrier will typically leave a notification and attempt re-delivery.
  • If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your cost.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at . We will investigate with the carrier and, where applicable, dispatch a replacement or issue a refund.
